A premier transatlantic legal search firm that places partners and groups at the world’s leading law firms is looking for a Knowledge Manager. The role is hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. The Knowledge Manager works as part of a global knowledge management task force. The New York City office has 12 employees and is a tight team. .There is room for growth in the position. The office is located on Sixth Avenue near Rockefeller Center.
About the Job:
¨ Collect information from recruiters, Knowledge Managers, and Strategic Researchers for data entry
¨ Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer databases (SharePoint and Invenias)
¨ Check source documents/data for accuracy
¨ Verify data and correct data where necessary
¨ Obtain further information for incomplete documents or system entries
¨ Update data and archive unnecessary/outdated files
¨ Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
¨ Transcribe information into the required electronic format
¨ Check completed work for accuracy
¨ Store completed documents in designated locations
¨ Respond to requests for information and access relevant data
¨ Comply with Company data integrity and security policies
¨ Work with the local Knowledge Management team to ensure that the recruiters and managers receive superior administrative support
¨ Manage the physical office’s needs including inventory, checking on the maintenance of office equipment, and receiving phone calls for the local office
¨ Assist on research requests with the guidance of a Knowledge Manager, Strategic Researcher, or Recruiter
About You:
¨ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related support position
¨ BA/BS from a college or university a plus
¨ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe and CRM systems
¨ Experience in law firms, legal or executive search, or professional services industries a plus
¨ Intuitive, takes initiative, is highly responsive, flexible, adaptable, solutions and task oriented
¨ Outstanding communication skills-written and verbal
¨ Great at research and analyzing data
