Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to read and interpret schematics and designs. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and sometimes commercial settings. The HVAC Installer will work closely with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to safety standards and regulations. We offer competitive compensation & benefits. Requirements

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration units.
Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with all local codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and installation documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, including design and functionality.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
Experience in appliance repair or field service is a plus.
Knowledge of plumbing principles related to HVAC installations is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a mechanical aptitude.
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
