Description Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant for our client in the education industry in Valley Center, CA. This role supports HR operations by performing administrative and clerical tasks that help ensure smooth day-to-day functions. Key Responsibilities: + Support HR-related administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and filing. + Schedule interviews for prospective hires and assist in employee onboarding and training coordination. + Maintain HR databases and records with accuracy and confidentiality. + Assist with payroll and benefits inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of employee questions. + Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, escalating concerns as needed. + Provide general office support to the HR team by managing calendars, email correspondence, and follow-ups. Requirements + 1+ years of HR or administrative experience required. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data-entry systems. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. + Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. + Excellent communication and customer service skills.
