POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time, friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team!

As an Inspector at Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and a passion for creating inviting environments.

Your ability to monitor the appearance and quality of rooms, carts, equipment, and supplies will be essential in maintaining a pristine and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inspect guest rooms after housekeepers have performed cleaning duties to ensure that all HHS cleaning standards are achieved
  • Provide training for team members as needed to deliver quality service
  • Monitor appearance and quality of rooms, carts, equipment, and supplies
  • Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
  • Provide friendly and kind service to all guests
  • Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
  • Background check and proof of employment eligibility required
  • Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
  • Preferred: Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Salary: Starting $16
