About the Role:

As an LPN with us, your primary function will be to administer skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You'll be an essential part of the care team, providing direct patient care and support to families.

What You'll Do:

Under the direction of the RN, assist in identifying the patient's physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
Participate in planning and implementing care in conjunction with the RN, according to the plan of care.
Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect both staff and patients.
Ensure continuity of care through the delivery of quality patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients/families, team members, and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor assigned cases to ensure compliance with requirements.
Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.
Promote the organization's philosophy and policies to ensure quality of care.
What You'll Bring:

Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
One year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in a clinical care setting required (home health experience preferred).
Strong nursing skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation is necessary for this on-the-road position.
Environmental and Working Conditions:

Work occurs in patients' homes in various conditions.
Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile is required.
Potential exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some on-call responsibilities.
Ability to travel locally.
Some exposure to varying weather conditions.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 33.00 Per Hour
