Support the on-going operations of several systems used by State Health and Human Services organizations. The support includes data analytics to identify trends and anomalies, collect data for reporting, addressing client questions/concerns. Additionally, the analyst will support new systems development through requirement gathering, testing, and documentation. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Works with internal and external clients to identify analytical requirements + Creates queries and perform data mining techniques to capture appropriate data + Produces reports and analysis to satisfy client requirements + Documents processes and procedures used to produce reports + Performs business analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement + Interprets results of data analysis to business users **Required Skills** + Excel (PivotTables, various functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) + Power BI + Microsoft Office **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree Preferred or 2+ relevant years' experience required + 2 - 4 years' experience in data analysis + N/A **Supervisory Responsibility** + None **Working Conditions** + Office Setting **The above is intended to describe the general contents and requirements of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
