German language skills are preferred. 4.Excellent organization and coordination skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiar with the business environment in Germany and have a good sense of legal compliance. 5. Personal quality: Have a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics, meticulous, patient and reliable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good relationships with people at all levels and external agencies. 6. Other requirements can be adapted to business trips, especially to assist in the holding of European exhibitions related matters. Strong problem-solving and adaptability, able to work under pressure. 1. Office management and administrative supportResponsible for the daily operation and management of the office of the German subsidiary, including the purchase and maintenance of office equipment and stationery, to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Assist with recruitment at the Group headquarters in Germany, coordinate interview arrangements, and handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. 2. External liaison and public relations are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relations with local governments, chambers of commerce, industry associations and other relevant institutions to ensure a good image of the company in the local area. Handle all aspects of the company's external affairs and public relations activities in the local area. 3. Exhibition coordination and support to assist the group company to participate in various exhibitions in Europe, including pre-exhibition preparation, on-site coordination and post-exhibition follow-up. Ensure the smooth running of exhibition activities and improve the company's visibility and influence in the European market. 4. Finance and budget management handles daily financial affairs, including expense reimbursement, bill payment applications, etc.
