About the Role
The Marketing Growth Specialist at Super Dispatch is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies and community engagement. This position involves designing and implementing campaigns to optimize conversion funnels, experimenting with new growth tactics, and managing the company's presence across various social media platforms. The Growth Specialist will also be responsible for fostering a vibrant online community, engaging with users to build brand loyalty and advocacy. Strong expertise in analytics, A/B testing, social media management, and paid advertising is essential, along with excellent communication skills to translate insights into actionable initiatives that contribute to business growth.

What You'll Do
As a Marketing Growth Specialist, you will take ownership of several key areas in our growth strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Acquisition & Conversion Funnel Optimization:

  • Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and increase conversion rates.
  • Continuously experiment with new growth tactics and strategies to optimize conversion funnels across digital channels.
  • Leverage analytics tools to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and iterate for better results.

Community Engagement & Retention:

  • Manage Super Dispatch's online presence and foster a vibrant community across social media platforms.
  • Build brand loyalty and advocacy by engaging with users, responding to inquiries, and creating meaningful conversations around the brand.
  • Drive customer retention through targeted campaigns, newsletters, and online content that resonate with existing customers.

Paid Advertising & A/B Testing:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various marketing channels to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze results from paid campaigns and refine strategies to increase ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product, sales, and content teams to align on growth initiatives and ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with broader company goals.
  • Communicate insights from analytics to stakeholders, translating data into actionable marketing initiatives that drive growth.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in data-driven marketing with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, analytics, and optimization of conversion funnels.
  • Proficiency in social media management and community building.
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that effectively highlights the value of the product to the target audience.
  • Experience in creating and managing email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle, from lead nurturing to post-purchase engagement.
    • Ability to design targeted email sequences that drive conversions, increase retention, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
    • Proven ability to analyze campaign data and refine strategies for continuous improvement, ensuring relevant and timely communication that aligns with customer needs and business goals.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for growth, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in marketing growth, customer acquisition, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid advertising, and social media.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot and Salesforce for CRM management, lead tracking, campaign creation, reporting, automation, and integration with other marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience in data analysis and leveraging marketing tools to inform strategy.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with SaaS or tech companies in the automotive or logistics industries, particularly in high-growth environments.
  • Previous experience working in a remote-first company.
