We are on a mission to improve well-being around the world, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Search to lead our paid search strategy. In this role, you'll drive user acquisition across Web and iOS platforms by optimizing and scaling search campaigns. Through a mix of experimentation, creative thinking, and data analysis, you'll play a key part in our continued growth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize SEM strategies across Google Search, Apple Search Ads, and Bing, focusing on driving growth for both Web and iOS platforms.
Develop and scale high-performing Web search campaigns using advanced keyword optimization, bid management, and audience segmentation to boost conversions and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
Scale Apple Search Ads performance, applying App Store Optimization (ASO) best practices to improve visibility, increase app installs, and maximize conversion rates on iOS.
Run comprehensive A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance and drive key metrics such as installs, registrations, trial sign-ups, and paid subscriptions.
Analyze and refine campaign performance, using data insights to optimize budget allocation and scale successful strategies across Web and iOS platforms. Ensure the right technical setup for attribution and performance tracking.
Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to align SEM initiatives with broader business goals and integrate search campaigns into the overall growth strategy.
Experiment with creative, non-traditional approaches to paid search marketing, pushing boundaries to uncover new opportunities for user acquisition and growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, search engine updates, and emerging best practices to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.
Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience in SEM, with a proven ability to optimize and scale performance-driven search campaigns for Web and iOS platforms.
Experience in digital subscription or wellness-focused industries is a plus; a passion for yoga and wellness is highly valued.
Expertise in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing, keyword research, and optimization.
Demonstrated success in scaling high-budget campaigns while maintaining efficiency and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization platforms (e.g., AWS Insights, Adjust, Looker, Tableau).
Knowledge of attribution models and their impact on performance marketing, including last-click attribution to ensure accurate campaign performance analysis and reporting.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and using data-driven insights to enhance campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
A growth mindset with a passion for continuous experimentation, innovation, and optimization.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and able to pivot quickly based on market trends and performance.

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000/year + equity
