Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grill and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus and create new dishes.
• Assist with meal preparation for catering events or special dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role in the food industry.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
