We invite you to come share in our success. Responsible for managing the delivery of global inventory to the right place at the right time for the right reasons. Serves as the single point of contact facilitating information processing between the brands and supply chain. Works with Supply Chain Planning/Scheduling directly to handle issue resolution on the timing of deliveries, brand decisions and direction.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and the Brands to handle issues with the timing of supply, shortages, excess, production timing and/or special deadlines
- Provide supply intelligence to S&OP Meetings
- Manage the re-deployment of product to other demand plants
- Manage the intercompany returns process
- Manage early supply deliveries, collaborating closely with the Brands and Supply Chain teams
- Collaborate with Demand Planning counterparts to ensure the forecast plan is up to date
- Collaborate with Brand and Sales teams in managing global supply shortages
- Support Customer Service/Distribution teams to get appropriate product to maximize fill rates globally
- MRP plan the Mexico and the India plants
- Work closely with Brands and Supply chain to determine root cause issues regarding supply and how to execute corrective actions (for both shortages and excess)
- Work closely with global warehouse facilities to analyze pockets of non-sellable inventory to work into sellable status
- Support additional projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years' equivalent related experience
- Knowledge of the MRP/procurement process
- Forecast and demand planning knowledge
- Excellent organization, project management, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical decision-making skills
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and management, negotiation skills
- Customer Service focus; emphasis on team building relationships
- SAP experience with Supply Situation, ATP, Forecast Fulfillment and Stock Availability inquiries
- Microsoft Office Skills
