Job Description

We are looking for a creative and culturally savvy Global Experience Designer to craft extraordinary travel experiences that inspire and connect people to the world’s most captivating destinations. In this role, you will design immersive, personalized itineraries and unique journeys that blend adventure, cultural discovery, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Custom Experience Design

    • Create tailored travel experiences that reflect clients' unique interests and preferences.
    • Incorporate cultural, historical, and natural elements to deliver memorable journeys.
    • Ensure itineraries include a balance of adventure, relaxation, and discovery.
  2. Client Consultation

    • Engage with clients to understand their travel goals, needs, and expectations.
    • Provide professional advice and inspiration, presenting well-researched options.
  3. Destination Research

    • Explore global destinations to identify unique activities, hidden gems, and off-the-beaten-path experiences.
    • Stay informed about travel trends, local events, and sustainable tourism initiatives.
  4. Vendor & Partner Collaboration

    • Establish and maintain relationships with local guides, tour operators, hotels, and cultural organizations.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  5. Travel Logistics Management

    • Plan and coordinate every detail of the trip, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining.
    • Troubleshoot and provide support for clients during their travels.
  6. Storytelling & Marketing

    • Develop compelling content to highlight the unique experiences you design, including itineraries, visuals, and client testimonials.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote curated travel packages.

Requirements:

  • Education: Highschool Diploma 
  • Experience: None needed
  • Skills: preferred but not required 
    • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in travel planning tools and software.
  • Passion for Travel: Extensive personal travel experience and knowledge of global destinations.
