Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll manage customer inquiries and resolve issues exclusively through email and live chat—no phone support involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email with clear and prompt communication
Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies
Identify and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to maintain platform security
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
Collaborate with teammates to enhance processes and improve customer experiences
Provide precise information using the best tools and resources available
Meet personal and team performance targets
Work with internal and client teams to ensure seamless support delivery
Attend training sessions to stay updated on moderation guidelines
Support multiple workflows, clients, and markets as needed

Requirements:

Fluent in German (C2 level)
Fluent in English (B2 level)
EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
0-1 year experience in customer support
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
