Technique, Inc. is a Michigan-based stamping, tubing and welding facility offering the shortest lead-times and highest quality parts in the industry. We offer high-speed prototypes, ultra-low volume stampings, tubing and assemblies for production and emergency-based manufacturing for industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical and food processing.

Technique, Inc. is currently looking for a general laborer in this opportunity position. These positions give the opportunity to learn a trade from the best in the industry, with opportunities in several manufacturing areas available to our general labor candidates.
Available Shifts: Multiple shifts available:
Monday-Friday – 7:00am-3:30pm
Monday-Thursday – 3:30pm-2:00am ($1.00 per hour shift premium)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)
Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00pm-5:30am ($15.00 per hour shift premium)
Job Responsibilities: - Use of basic tools and standard measuring equipment.
- Keeping work area organized and efficient.
- Obtaining chauffer license.
- Performing general tasks as assigned.
- May operate automatic and semi-automatic equipment.
- Deburr and clean metal parts and apply paint.
Required: High School Diploma or GED
