As our newest team member, you will play a crucial role in spearheading all customer service initiatives, requiring both collaborative teamwork and independent diligence to consistently deliver quality results.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory management and equipment handling to ensure that all resources are available for daily operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members on project executions, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Undertake training and development sessions to remain up-to-date with the latest industry practices and company product offerings.
• Engage in customer interactions to provide service excellence, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to assist and educate clients.
• Oversee and participate in the set-up and breakdown of product display, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License or have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time hours with a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in both a team setting and independently.
• Background in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, call centers, or a similar field is advantageous.
• Capacity to develop and maintain robust client relations built on integrity, trust, and exceptional service.
• Proven capability to manage, track, and organize resources including inventory and project tools.
• Motivated, energetic, and result-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
