As a founder-led and private equity-owned startup, we are looking to expand our international workforce and are seeking a highly skilled General Counsel to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary: The General Counsel will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic legal guidance to facilitate our growth and innovation. This role will focus on contracts, corporate governance, tax issues, and international legal matters related to technology, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
7+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a technology-focused startup environment.
Strong background in contract law, corporate governance, and compliance, with experience in tax issues.
Familiarity with cybersecurity and cryptocurrency regulations is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
