Experience and Expertise

• 5+ Years of Practice: Proven success in high-stakes matters across areas such as:
  • Litigation: Complex commercial disputes, class action defense, appellate work, or antitrust cases.
  • Corporate Law: Mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, and securities regulation.
  • Real Estate: Finance, development, acquisitions, or leasing for institutional and high-net-worth clients.
  • White-Collar Defense: Navigating regulatory compliance, government investigations, or criminal matters.
  • Intellectual Property: Expertise in patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret litigation, especially for technology or life sciences clients.

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier, accredited law school with a track record of academic excellence.
• Active bar membership in good standing; eligibility to practice law in California is required.
• Federal judicial clerkship experience, particularly with U.S. Courts of Appeals or the U.S. Supreme Court, is highly valued.
