St. Michael Catholic School is seeking a highly qualified, skilled, innovative, and enthusiastic individual to join our faculty as a Middle School Theology Teacher for grades 6-8.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high professional standards consistent with the mission of St. Michael Catholic School.
• Provide engaging and meaningful theology instruction that fosters spiritual growth and academic excellence.
• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of student development and current learning theories to enhance instruction.
• Create a holy, safe, and motivating classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Integrate contemporary technology to support teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a strong school community and cross-curricular connections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification (or willingness to obtain certification if required).
• Knowledge of Catholic teachings and a commitment to Catholic education.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
