Responsibilities For The Full Time Marketing Assistant:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services directly
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services with the Full Time Marketing Assistant
• Assisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issues
• Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or as a Full Time Marketing Assistant
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
