Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to support various accounting functions including A/P, A/R, payroll, month-end closing, and other accounting-related tasks as needed. Ideal candidates will have experience in Governmental accounting, especially for NY, FL, or CA.
This is a full-time, work-from-home position with a flexible and supportive environment.

You're passionate about numbers and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You're analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at building and maintaining trusted client relationships. You take pride in your ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring the highest level of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full charge bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end closing.
Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Handle governmental accounting, especially in the states of NY, FL, or CA.
Manage multiple client accounts with precision and organization.
Use QuickBooks Software (QBO) to maintain financial systems and records.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, maintaining a high standard of service.
What We're Looking For:
At least 3 years of full charge bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Software (QuickBooks Online preferred).
Experience with Bill.com is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in governmental accounting, with a preference for experience in non-profit sectors.
Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong work ethic, with a "whatever it takes" attitude and a commitment to delivering results.
Skilled at prioritizing tasks and working efficiently under pressure.
