During Your First Two Weeks, You Will:

• Get acquainted with our codebase, focusing on Vue 3, Vuetify, Nuxt, Node, and TypeScript
• Attend team meetings to gain an understanding of ongoing projects and team dynamics
• Engage in pair programming sessions with team members to become familiar with our development practices

During Your First 1-3 Months, You Will:

• Begin taking ownership of frontend tasks and features, while collaborating closely with the team
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to maintaining high standards in code quality and design
• Attend optional in-office team-building events
• Contribute to project planning and feature design discussions

During Your First 6-12 Months, You Will:

• Be an active participant in planning, standups, and reviews
• Work closely with designers and product managers to bring projects to completion
• Mentor new team members, helping them adapt to our workflows and codebase
• Have the opportunity to explore new technologies and propose ways they could benefit our projects

What We Think You'll Need To Be Successful:

• Solid experience with Javascript and CSS

• Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Vue 3, Vuetify, Nuxt, Node, TypeScript, Options API
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and project coordination
• Interest in or understanding of design principles
• Geographical proximity to the Tampa Bay area for optional in-office events

Nice to Haves:

• Previous experience working in agile development environments
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of frontend development and design
• Willingness to actively participate in the local tech community through meetups or other events
• Experience with social media advertising (Facebook, TikTok, etc.), keyword-based advertising campaigns, or domain parking
