Job Overview:
They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Founding Software Engineer to join our early-stage team. As a founding engineer, you will have a significant impact on our product direction, technical architecture, and team culture. This is a full-stack role, with a primary focus on building scalable applications using React, TypeScript, and Python. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in creating AI-powered solutions that redefine enterprise efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features and systems, from front-end interfaces to back-end services.
Build and optimize responsive, user-centric applications using React and TypeScript.
Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Python and frameworks like Flask or Django.
Integrate AI/ML models into scalable enterprise solutions, collaborating closely with AI/ML specialists.
Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond.
Establish and maintain best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
Participate in critical decisions about architecture, infrastructure, and technical direction.
Mentor and guide junior team members as the team grows.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
Experience with Python and back-end frameworks such as Flask or Django.
Proven track record in designing and building scalable, full-stack applications.
Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and testing.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and workflows, with a desire to integrate them into enterprise applications.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a startup environment or as part of a founding team.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL).
Exposure to enterprise SaaS products and their unique challenges.
