What You'll Do

As a  East Region Field Sales Trainer , you'll work directly with our in-home sales experts and homeowners to solve their problems and design their dream renovations. This isn't just sales—it's about building relationships, helping people, and closing high-ticket deals.

Specific Field Service Trainer Responsibilities

Be a road warrior: The East Region consist of offices in Somerset, NJ, Cherry Hill, NJ, Harrisburg, PA and soon to be Connecticut/New York

Assist/Run weekly meetings: Run and/or assist weekly sales meeting and workshops

• Shadowing and Being Shadowed in the field: 6 Issue Leads per week minimum (3 Shadow and 3 Be shadowed
• Support by phone:  Availability to take mid-appointment calls from HREs as directed

• Experienced: At least 1 year of high-ticket or in-home sales experience. Preferably Windows and Doors as one of the products.
  • 96%+ Script Test Pass
  • Learn and Assist in all Product Trainings and New Product Trainings
  • Close minimum 27% on all products
  • $4k NSLI on a 90 day period
  • 10% or lower cancellation rate

Salary:

• Base: $45,000/year ($865/week)
• Shadow Sales: $250 per sale – Paid Weekly
• HRE Commission: 3%-11% commission on appointments + additional 2%
• Travel & Gas: Fully reimbursed for hotel and gas

Example 1st Year Compensation:

• $120,000+ annually!
  • Base Earnings: $3,750/month
  • Shadow Bonus (3 Shadows/week @ 50% Close Rate): $2,150/month
  • Commission (3 IL/week): $4,500/month
  • Total Monthly Earnings: $10,400+
