We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Equipment Service Technician to join our team in Moonachie, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of field equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. **Typical Work Schedule: **Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, on-call required, including weekends

**Travel Requirements: **Driving of 100-mile radius in most markets, regional travel may be needed

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in field equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment types.
• Assemble and disassemble mechanical components as needed.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support during on-site visits.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years mechanical and technical experience required.
• Able to travel within 100+ mile radius of branch location
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in mechanical assembly and disassembly.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
