Reporting Structure Reports To: Senior Director, Medical Affairs, Hematology & Oncology Direct Reports: Medical Science Liaison(s) Areas Managed: Regional Medical Science Liaisons, Medical Affairs Initiatives, Field medical activities Overview The Field Director, Medical Affairs will be a field-based professional who will serve as a manager for the relevant therapeutic area MSL team and will directly manage a territory. The Field Director will supervise, mentor, develop MSLs, assist in hiring, and will facilitate the development of collaborative relationships with opinion leaders. The Field Director will facilitate field-facing activities including the exchange of unbiased scientific information between the medical community and the company.
