In this role, you will oversee 10 cooks and report to the Executive Chef of Bourbon Steak
The ideal candidate will have proven experience at a luxury hotel, have knowledge of steakhouse operations and at least 3 years of working in a culinary leadership role
*Classification: * Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
*Pay Rate: * The annual salary range for this role is $75,000-$83,000and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
