Job Description

In this role, you'll provide high-level executive support to the Managing Partner, serving as a strategic partner and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. What You'll Do
Efficiently manage the Managing Partner's calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing effectively.
Act as the primary point of contact for communications, demonstrating discretion and professionalism.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
Anticipate needs, handle logistics, and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations, and manage expenses and reimbursements.
Assist in project management, tracking initiatives, and ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to foster a productive environment.
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree (preferred).
At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a legal or professional services setting.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
Familiarity with legal terminology and document management is a plus.
