The Role

We’re opening our San Francisco office, and this role will be at the center of it. As the Executive Assistant to the CRO , you’ll provide high-impact support that ensures the CRO operates at peak effectiveness — all while helping us stand up and run our new Bay Area hub.

This is not a purely administrative role — it’s part strategic partner, part operational quarterback, and part cultural ambassador. You’ll manage complex schedules, streamline communications, drive operational efficiency using the latest AI tools, and be a hands-on leader in getting our SF office up and running.

What You’ll Do:

Executive & CRO Support

  • Manage a dynamic, fast-moving calendar for the CRO, scheduling across multiple time zones and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison, screening requests, prioritizing incoming matters, and ensuring the CRO’s time is invested where it matters most.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions — often with tight timelines.
  • Coordinate complex travel, events, and offsites for the CRO and Revenue Leadership team.

     

Office Launch & Operations

  • Lead operational setup of the San Francisco office — from layout and equipment to processes and culture.
  • Serve as the point person for visitors, vendors, and office-related communications.
  • Ensure the SF office reflects our brand, fosters collaboration, and runs efficiently from day one.

     

AI-Driven Productivity

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier, Calendly, etc.) to automate tasks, manage workflows, and enhance productivity.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions that make the CRO and Revenue organization more efficient.

     

Project & Strategic Support

  • Track progress on strategic CRO-led initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Support cross-functional alignment between the CRO’s team, the executive team, and other departments.
  • Manage follow-up on action items and key meeting outcomes.

     

Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Handle sensitive business and personnel information with discretion.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in all communications and interactions.
 

What We Expect From You:

Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex schedules, coordinating large-scale logistics, and driving operational improvements.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Experience with AI-powered productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while staying highly aligned with leadership priorities.

     

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a SaaS or AI-powered company.
  • Hands-on experience with office setup or expansion projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration tools (Slack, MS Teams).
