Our Solution:

Developers and owners no longer need to run building wiring or install in-unit hardware. Property managers can grant building access, revoke permissions, and review entry logs from an online dashboard. Residents can open doors from their smartphones, issue visitor access, and see who is trying to enter the building.

The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our management team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact at the organization. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, including calendar management support, booking travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee board communication, including scheduling meetings, preparing board materials, and ensuring timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with special projects, company initiatives, and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Organize and attend meetings, ensuring accurate minutes and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate office events, team meetings, and executive offsites.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive with a problem solving mindset to “get stuff done”.
  • Approachable personality with the ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, AI, and project management tools.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
