What You’ll Do

Collaborate closely with the Executive Marketing Manager and participate in a comprehensive training program, where you’ll learn:

• Marketing Fundamentals: Master the art of crafting and executing effective strategies.
• Direct Advertising Techniques: Deliver results-driven, customer-focused campaigns.
• Promotional Tactics & Visual Merchandising: Elevate brand visibility with innovative approaches.
• Consumer Market Research: Understand target audiences and design tailored marketing solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through strategic marketing efforts.
• Deliver personalized solutions to meet customer needs with professionalism.
• Build brand recognition via local events and experiential marketing campaigns .
• Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador team to strategize and oversee campaign execution.
• Engage directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate leads.
• Assist senior marketing staff with special projects and key initiatives.

• Full-time availability, including occasional weekends for events.

• A 2- or 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
