We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Entry-Level Manager to join our nonprofit marketing and fundraising team. In this role, you’ll start by learning the ins and outs of face-to-face outreach, event coordination, and donor engagement—and quickly grow into a leadership role managing your own team and campaigns.
This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates , early-career professionals , or career changers who want to gain hands-on leadership experience while making a real impact through nonprofit campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support face-to-face nonprofit fundraising and marketing campaigns
Represent 501(c)(3) organizations at live events, pop-ups, and community outreach activations
Train, motivate, and manage a small team of fundraising associates
Monitor team performance and help set and track individual and group goals
Oversee event setup, logistics, and donor engagement strategies
Work with senior managers to plan outreach tactics and execute marketing goals
Participate in leadership workshops, strategy meetings, and professional development sessions
