McCartney Produce , A FreshEdge LLC company, is hiring  Endorsement F Route Delivery Drivers in Memphis, TN.

Drivers will haul fresh fruits and vegetables to valued partners with the goal of feeding the Midwest. Compensation:

• Average Annual Earnings: $52,000 - $67,000+Average weekly earnings: $1,045 - $1,330

Paid an hourly rate starting at $18.00/hour with 50-60 hours per week

• Additional Pay Incentives:

Layover Pay: $125 for each overnight (only in emergency cases)Drivers will have hotel accommodations made if this is ever needed

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home Time: Home Daily
• Schedule:  Monday - Saturday; 5-day workweekOff Sunday and 1 other day during the week
• Shift : Start time between 4 am - 5 am with runs between 10-12 hours long
• Route :  Drivers will drive within a 170-mile radius of Memphis, TNMust be flexible with route changes

14-18 stops per day

• Level of Touch:  Touch FreightDrivers will use dolly and hand jack

Equipment:

• Straight TruckAll trucks are late models
• Transmission: Automatic & Manual Available

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 22 years of age
• Drivers must have an F endorsement, unless you live in Mississippi Drivers with a CDL C or B license are still encouraged to express interest - our team has opportunities that we would love to discuss with you!
• Drivers will preferably have 1-year of truck driving experience though not requiredNew grads are encouraged to apply
• Drivers can only have 1 moving violation or 1 preventable accident in the last year
• NO DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Memphis, TN or be willing to relocate for this position
