EDI Reporting Analyst Responsibilities:
·Responsible for the infrastructure, maintenance, efficiencies, and management of the overall electronic data interchange (EDI) process.
·Analyze client requirements for the electronic exchange of information and ensure that client systems and internal systems are compatible and connected.
·Gather client specifications and implement per client requirements/industry guidelines within agreed project timeframes and provide status updates to all stakeholders.
·Collaborate effectively and build solid working relationships with internal users and management, external partners, outsourced IT solution providers, and other teams.
·Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify EDI programs. Specify, develop, test, and document EDI mappings with partners.
·Proactively monitor and analyze production EDI activity for quality, accuracy, mapping issues, and adherence to regulatory compliance requirements
Experience:
·5+ years of experience with EDI (electronic data interchange) processes
·Preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
·Ability to solve complex problems
·Ability to work independently; receives minimal guidance.
·Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
·Strong communication skills
·Strong knowledge of EDI interfaces and reporting
·Strong analytical skills
Independence has implemented a “Hybrid” model which provides our associates with the ability work in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and remotely 2 days a week (Monday & Friday). This role is designated as a role that fits into the “Hybrid” model. While associates may work remotely, the work must be performed in the Tri-State Area of Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania
