Job Description

Our client is seeking a Director of Operations to lead their Liquid Waste Division , overseeing liquid waste and fence services across multiple locations. This role requires a strategic leader with strong operational expertise to drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, customers, and regulatory agencies.
Manage supervisors across service, call center, routing, and installation teams.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Oversee fleet and route management, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Build and maintain client relationships while driving new business opportunities.
Mentor and train staff, fostering a high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

10+ years of operations management experience, preferably in sanitation or related industries.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience in financial management, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations software.
