About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Director of Partnerships to lead strategic collaborations, manage channel sales initiatives, and expand our partner ecosystem. In this role, you'll play a key part in strengthening relationships with technology providers, resellers, and integration partners to drive long-term growth.

What You'll Do

Develop Strategic Partnerships - Identify, build, and manage relationships with key partners, including technology providers and resellers.
Lead Partner Onboarding - Design and execute a seamless onboarding process, including training, marketing support, and resource development.
Manage Channel Sales - Oversee partner performance, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and align efforts with overall business goals.
Drive Go-to-Market Strategies - Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to create and implement strategies that leverage partner capabilities.
Analyze Performance Metrics - Track and report partnership success, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Foster Strong Relationships - Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to maximize partner engagement and success.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in partnership development or channel sales, ideally in hospitality technology.
Proven success in managing partnerships and achieving performance targets.
Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
