We are looking for a sharp, persuasive Direct Response Copywriter who knows how to turn insights into high-converting campaigns across email and paid platforms. You’ll be the voice behind ads and messaging that grab attention, spark urgency, and drive clicks, sign-ups, and sales—fueling growth for our live events and financial education brands.

Responsibilities:
Craft High-Impact Copy
Write clear, compelling, conversion-focused copy for direct response campaigns, with a strong focus on email sequences, paid social ads, paid search, landing pages, and SMS.
Experience writing for Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube, and other paid platforms is a major plus.
Faith-driven messaging experience that inspires action is highly valued.
Collaborate to Win
Partner with performance marketing, brand, creative, and design teams to build data-informed messaging strategies that hit KPIs.
Drive Urgency and Action
Create irresistible calls-to-action (CTAs) that turn attention into measurable action across ads, email, and landing experiences.
Test & Optimize Relentlessly
Participate in A/B testing, performance reviews, and creative optimizations, using results to sharpen messaging that maximizes conversions.
Maintain and Evolve Brand Voice
Ensure a consistent voice and tone across email and paid platforms, while adapting messaging for different segments and audiences.
Contribute Ideas That Scale
Play a key role in brainstorming and concepting new paid campaigns, launches, seasonal promotions, and retention funnels.
Stay Ahead of Trends
Stay on top of direct response trends, ad platform best practices, and competitor messaging, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to every campaign.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field preferred. Equivalent, proven experience in direct response copywriting or content marketing may substitute for formal education.
3–5 years of professional copywriting experience, with a focus on B2C direct response or performance marketing.
Demonstrated success writing high-converting, results-driven copy that meets or exceeds campaign goals.
Strong grasp of consumer psychology, urgency triggers, and performance metrics (CTR, CVR, open rates, etc.).
Hands-on experience with omnichannel marketing, including email campaigns, paid ads, landing pages, social media, and SMS.
Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and stages of the customer journey.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with A/B testing, performance marketing tools, and basic SEO principles is a plus.
Experience in entrepreneurial or growth-oriented environments strongly preferred.
Background writing for ticketed live events, Christian audiences, and/or regulated industries (financial education) is a plus.
