Digital Marketing Specialist:

Optikos is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to grow their career with us! The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing organic and paid media efforts, email communications, and website updates. 

This position helps implement strategic and tactical B2B digital marketing programs at a segment and business level to help the organization realize its business objectives. This role requires a combination of data analysis, creative execution, and growth marketing to create “winning” digital marketing programs across search, social, email, and web.

The position requires a hands-on, collaborative, flexible approach with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. The role is best suited for a high-achiever with a proven ability to contribute individually (through hands-on execution) as well as part of a results-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement search and social efforts directing quality traffic to the company website in line with business goals and objectives.
• Build email communications in line with best practices and business objectives.
• Update the website in conjunction with content, campaign, and business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and measure digital experiments and conversion tests.
• Evaluate data at tactic, audience, and segment levels to optimize spend and marketing performance.
• Develop and maintain informative reports that track campaign metrics and present them to internal stakeholders along with actionable recommendations.
• Stay up to date with current and emerging technologies and trends in SEM and paid media, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
   

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of digital marketing experience as part of a marketing team.
• Solid knowledge of Google GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager, and other management/measurement tools as well as campaign functionality within Microsoft Dynamics and MailChimp.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Self-starter with the initiative and ability to think commercially as well as creatively.
• Adaptable, dynamic, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the team on varying tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across various business functions.
• Proficient in the following software platforms Microsoft Office, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) or equivalent, WordPress, landing page builders like Beaver Builder
