DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Product & Solution Campaigns team is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive Global Solution Campaign campaign execution.


The Digital Marketing Manager will implement and execute global digital campaigns, including the successful build and launch of email, web, social, and paid media campaigns across various geographies and languages. Our ideal candidate has experience building, deploying and activating multi-channel marketing campaigns. You have baseline technical expertise with contemporary marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and solid experience in the email channel specifically.


This position can be located in Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; Arlington, VA; New York, NY; San Diego, CA; or Los Angeles, CA.

Key Responsibilities
· Maintains the day-to-day management of email, web and digital operations including build QA, deployment, and reporting as assigned by the Digital Marketing lead
· Drives and makes recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers within digital channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, etc.)
· Implements the targeting and customer segmentation for digital campaigns
· Contributes to the design of web experiences from look/feel, to content flow, to user experience
· Manages the maintenance of a library of assets and campaigns including asset hierarchy, asset management, etc.
· Helps support localization processes for the campaign, including supporting Localization and Activation Managers with campaign localization and adaptation requirements for the Geographies
· Collaborates with the internal Digital Marketing Team, Campaign Managers, in-region Field Marketing teams, Product Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to create customer obsessed experiences for AWS customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- 2+ years experience with email marketing or website marketing
