Role Overview

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting and executing paid media strategies, with the objective of improving ROAS and growing paid revenue & margin.

In this role, you will operate as an individual contributor with end-to-end ownership and accountability for our paid performance. Your primary focus will be to manage SEM campaigns related to our core verticals, which span banking, lending, and investments. You will also have the freedom to explore channels outside of search, such as paid social, email and influencer marketing.

What You'll Do At Finder

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies, primarily SEM, focusing on revenue and margin growth.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with broader growth goals.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy testing and landing page optimization to improve ad performance and increase CTR.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as P&E, CS, and AdOps on CRO to improve landing page yield across campaigns.
  • Lead high-velocity experiments to rapidly identify and scale winning strategies that drive growth.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap for testing and optimizing landing pages, ad creative, and audience targeting.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media trends, tools and techniques, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
  • Seek to consistently improve traffic quality by monitoring end-to-end conversion rate – making adjustments and recommendations as appropriate.


We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years of paid marketing experience running SEM campaigns.
  • A general understanding of Investing, Banking, and Lending products.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to testing, performance optimization, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience with analytics and A/B testing tools and platforms, such as Optimizely, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics 4.
  • The ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and adjust campaigns in real time based on performance.
  • Familiarity with incrementality testing methods.


While it’s not required, here are some additional nice-to-haves:

  • Agency experience where you’ve had the chance to work with top brands and budgets up to or exceeding $1M.
  • Prior experience working in Fintech.
  • Interest in stocks & crypto.
  • Background in marketing analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
