We’re now looking to bring on our first designer to create delightful, world-class experiences UX for product teams to innovate with AI. 

Responsibilities

• UI Design: Lead the design of intuitive UI for new and existing product flows, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to bring designs to fruition.

• Design System Development : Develop and implement a comprehensive product design system for our web platform

• Brand and Graphic Design : As our first design hire, we’re looking for someone comfortable wearing many different hats. Utilize and build upon existing brand guidelines to create compelling brand assets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create engaging brand assets, like announcements and web pages.

• End-to-End User Experience: Champion user empathy by engaging with users to discover pain points and improvement areas for our UX. Leverage both quantitative and qualitative customer insights to deliver seamless user experiences and product workflows.

Minimum qualifications:

• 2+ years of UX or Visual Design Experience : Demonstrated track record of shipping products, ideally from inception to launch.

• UI Design Proficiency: Proficiency in designing UI flows with a keen understanding of user experience principles to create delightful interfaces.

• Brand and Visual Design Skills: Experience in color, brand, visual design and crafting engaging brand assets.

• Figma Proficiency: Ability to design UI to spec using Figma, with strong attention to detail, polish, and consistency.

• Understanding of UI/UX Trends: Familiarity with current UI/UX trends, best practices, and design patterns.

• Strong Communication and Project Management Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in enterprise software 

• Experience working in a start-up or other fast-paced environment

• Basic engineering skills - Ideally familiar with HTML and Tailwind CSS. Ability to prototype alone or with engineering partners is even better.

• Basic ML understanding or interest - You’ll be designing UI for cutting-edge ML workflows, so understanding ML concepts and user journeys is a big plus
