Our practice is a fun, busy, and productive PPO+FFS General Dental practice located conveniently in NW Austin where both patient care and the patient experience are paramount. While our patients are important, we are only able to accomplish it with our amazing team. We strive for continued growth in both our professional and personal lives to be able to be better versions of our selves and a pillar that our community can depend upon.

Dental Office Manager Expectations, including but not limited to:

• Team and HR management

• Growth and statistics of the practice

• Can be gentle but firm, and can hold team members accountable

• Culture master, instilling this in all team members new and established

• Hiring and Firing

• Onboarding and training

• Create and improve Systems/Protocols with implementation and documentation
