Imperial, LLC is a trusted and innovative company in the Food and Beverage Services, committed to accuracy, efficiency, and superior service. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Input Clerk to join our team and support our data management operations.
The Data Input Clerk is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining various types of information in company systems with a high degree of accuracy. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficient typing skills, and the ability to work with confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
Review and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness
Update and maintain data records regularly
Identify and correct data entry errors before final submission
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity and consistency
Retrieve information from files and databases as requested
Assist with organizing digital and physical records as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles preferred
Proficient typing skills (speed and accuracy)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with data management or database software is a plus
