We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team! As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accuracy and ensuring smooth data verification processes. Key Responsibilities:

Achieve both quality and production standards consistently.
Work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining focus and accuracy.
Understand and apply business rules to data entry processes.
Review and verify data to ensure accuracy, following standard procedures.
Safeguard Personal Health Information (PHI) and maintain confidentiality.
Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance data entry, collection, and retrieval efficiency.
Requirements:

Typing speed of 50+ words per minute and 4500 key strokes per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and memorize hotkeys/shortcuts.
Must have a personal desktop, PC, or laptop with a 10-key pad and mouse.
Windows 8.1 or higher required.
Wi-Fi security with WPA2 protection or better.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Must be able to work full-time during 1st shift hours.
Private, quiet office space free from shared household areas.
Must have a computer with a 10-key keypad and mouse.
