Summary We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a temporary assignment. This is a remote position. The Data Entry Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, IFS. The primary responsibility will be to input various types of data into the system with precision and efficiency. In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity to
- Data Entry. Accurately enter alphanumeric data into the ERP system from source documents, ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
- Quality Assurance. Conduct regular reviews of entered data to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors. Maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Documentation. Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents related to data entry tasks, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
- Timeliness. Meet or exceed established data entry deadlines to ensure that information is up-to-date and readily available for decision-making.
- Communication. Collaborate with team members and other departments to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure seamless data flow.
- Confidentiality. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and regulations.
What You Need to Succeed in This Position - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of data entry experience
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and proficiency in data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate and error-free data entry.
- Ability to organize and manage large volumes of data efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Clear communication is important for collaboration with team members and other departments.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
