About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join us. You'll be working alongside our go-to-market teams to grow, retain and take care of well known brands, such as Asos, Gymshark, Lego and many more! This role works closely in tandem with our Account Management team, where you will have a strong focus on client retention and renewal.
