Truly Gone is the brand-new pest control division of Truly Lawn, a trusted name in local lawn care. We’re bringing the same customer-first reputation to pest control — and we’re looking for a  Customer Service & Sales Rep who’s ready to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries
• Use  FieldRoutes software to schedule services, manage customer accounts, and track follow-ups
• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to every customer
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell pest control and lawn care services
• Follow up on leads, give accurate estimates, and close sales
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and top-tier service
• Keep detailed and accurate records in FieldRoutes for every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with FieldRoutes software is a big plus
• 2+ years in customer service or inside sales (home services industry preferred)
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a drive to hit sales targets
• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to jump in where needed

What We Offer

• $20–$23/hr base pay depending on experience
• 8% commission on closed sales + performance bonuses
• Paid time off and employee discounts
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)
