Job Description

/ Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of CRO strategies to improve website performance and drive conversions.
  • Design and run A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to optimize user experience and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze data and user behavior to uncover opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with web designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Use statistical analysis to evaluate test results and make informed recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Continuously refine Blennd’s CRO processes, tools, and strategies to ensure optimal results.

/ Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization with a data-first approach.
  • Proven experience with CRO tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work within established timelines and budgets.

/ Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making using Google Analytics
  • Proven experience with CRO tools like Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Mixpanel or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for improving user journeys and increasing conversions.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on business goals.
  • Familiarity with consumer psychology principles to enhance conversion copy and CTAs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and flexible working environment
  • A passion for cutting-edge technology and continuous learning

Job Type: Contract

Weekly Hours: 10-20 hours per week

Compensation: $40-$75 / hr on contract, depending on experience

Location: Remote, must be within the United States
