The Opportunity

Are you a creative visionary with a strategic mindset and a passion for bringing data-driven marketing campaigns to life? As a Creative Producer at Twigeo, you’ll manage the production process between account teams, external production partners, and content creators. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative team, and cross-functional teams to ensure innovative ideas are brought to life efficiently and effectively. Overseeing production workflows, timelines, and resource planning, you’ll drive projects forward, ensuring they align with strategic goals and deliver impactful results.

Expectations of a Creative Producer at Twigeo

You are a strategic and detail-oriented person with experience in project management or account leadership who ensures creative projects are executed seamlessly, from concept to delivery. You manage timelines, budgets, and resources while serving as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.

You collaborate closely with creatives and strategists, ensuring all outputs align with broader campaign goals and audience insights. You maintain clear and proactive client communication, keeping stakeholders informed, managing feedback, and ensuring expectations are met. You leverage industry-leading tools to track project progress, streamline workflows, and adapt processes to ensure seamless execution and the best possible results.

You are also responsible for legal compliance, ensuring proper licensing, usage rights, and contracts for all creative assets. Your ability to navigate unforeseen challenges, maintain high-quality standards, and oversee the full content production process, including managing user-generated content, makes you essential to delivering innovative and impactful campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or a similar role within a creative agency, social agency, growth agency or UGC/influencer agency.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, performance-driven campaigns, and creative execution
• Proven ability to manage workflows, timelines, and resources, ensuring seamless production from concept to delivery.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide creative teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and clearly present production plans.
• A collaborative approach to leading the creative process, working closely with designers, content creators, and strategists.
• Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Monday.com, Figma, Google Slides, and other tools that support project management, creative production, and team collaboration.
