Job Title: Corporate Paralegal

Work Model: Onsite

Base Salary: $95,000-$110,000/year

Job Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys by preparing essential legal documents for corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and non-profits. The role involves assisting with the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of entities, as well as various transactional matters. Work Model: 5 days onsite for the first 90-days, the 4 days per week onsite, 1 day 
remote thereafter.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the creation, merger, and dissolution of corporations, non-profits, LLCs, and partnerships.
• Draft essential documents, including bylaws, operating agreements, and shareholder/board minutes.
• Manage annual corporate maintenance tasks.
• Assist with corporate purchase and sale transactions.
• Prepare deeds and regulatory filings.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or comparable setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• ABA-approved paralegal certification required.
