Paradigm Commercial Construction is seeking Finish Carpenters and Skilled/General Laborers.
Finish Carpenters will be expected to install finish trim, hang cabinets and doors, set countertops, install cabinet/door/bath hardware, unload trucks, stage materials, and other duties as assigned.
Skilled/General laborers will be expected to install cabinet backing, ADA backing, be able to do minor concrete, basic framing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:**5+ years’ experience in finish carpentry.
**Additional 1+ years’ experience in rough carpentry preferred
**Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsaw.
**Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
**Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
**Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
**Knowledge of lumber grades and finish materials
